Resealing of floor with colour grow sealer Provision of materials for regular cleaning and maintenance, and follow-up visit to include training with regard to ongoing maintenance    

Terrazzo floors and staircases £1,560

Cleaning of Terrazzo Floors and Staircases to 2 communal entrance halls on three floors.  Terrazzo to be stripped, pressure washed and cleaned with Diamond pads then buffed with a fine diamond finishing pad that seals and leaves a clean shine to the floor.  Estimated timescale - 2 to 3 days. Provision of finishing pads and cleaning agent for ongoing maintenance.

Travertine and marble floor £1,340

Cleaning, polishing and resealing of Travertine and marble floor circa 55 sqm Work to take place over 2 to 3 days with drying time in between.
